1. Delivery fees
Switzerland
- Delivery to a domestic address within Switzerland is free.
- The average delivery time within Switzerland is 4–5 days.
- Upon request, we also offer Express Shipping for an extra fee.
- We will contact you personally via e-mail after your order is placed to follow up on the order, confirm the delivery date, and do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery.
Europe
- We offer free shipping to countries in the European Union.
- The average delivery time for Europe is 5–7 days.
- Upon request, we also offer Express Shipping for an extra fee.
- We will contact you personally via e-mail after your order is placed to follow up on the order, confirm the delivery date, and do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery.
Rest of the world
- We offer free shipping to countries in the rest of the world.
- The average delivery time is between 14–21 days, but it can also be faster.
- Upon request, we also offer Express Shipping for an extra fee.
- We will contact you personally via e-mail after your order is placed to follow up on the order, confirm the delivery date, and do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery.
2. VAT & customs fees
- For online purchases within Switzerland, 8.1% VAT is included in the price as seen online. There are no customs fees.
- For online purchases to countries within the European Union (EU), the final invoice amount does not include any VAT or customs fees. Customs is paid by the buyer directly to the shipping company.
- For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the invoice amount does not include VAT. The correct net amount is specified during the order process and in the order confirmation. Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.
3. Returns
Pink Maharani shawls are 100% handmade and do come with slight variations, which add to the unique character of our products.
- The woven borders, edges (if applicable) and total size might vary up to ±5 cm.
- Returns or exchanges are possible as long as the product was not worn and arrives at our location without any stains or other damages within 14 days after the product was delivered.
If all of those requirements are met, the process is as follows:
- The buyer must inform Pink Maharani via email at info@pinkmaharani.com within 10 days of receiving the product.
- The product must arrive no later than 14 days at our office in Geneva.
- A refund (excluding shipping and transaction fees) or exchange is offered if all criteria above are met.

4. Shipment loss
- In case of damage, loss or any other issue regarding delivery, clients are asked to contact the courier service directly using the specified tracking number.
- The goods are usually insured by the same courier company.
- Pink Maharani is not responsible for the package after the goods have left our premises in Geneva, Switzerland.
However, should such a situation occur, we will do our very best to resolve the issue and get your desired product to you as soon as possible.
